Orange is a rich source of Vitamin C and thus is an effective home remedy for scurvy. You could drink a glass of fresh orange juice daily in the morning as it nourishes the body and helps getting rid of scurvy.
6. Raw Brussels Sprouts
A 100 gm serving of Brussels sprouts can offer up to 75mg of Vitamin C. If eaten regularly, it can eradicate the deficiency of Vitamin C thereby helping in the treatment of scurvy.
